These are the operating terms for the platform. Have them reviewed by a UAE-qualified lawyer before launch.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of CarSouq.ae, a marketplace operating in the United Arab Emirates that connects car buyers, sellers, dealerships and automotive service businesses. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms; suspension does not delete your data.

3. Vehicle listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, including price, condition, mileage and ownership. Listings are reviewed before publication, but that review is not a warranty. CarSouq.ae is not a party to any vehicle sale and does not hold funds for one.

4. Service bookings and payment

Service bookings are paid online through our payment provider. A booking is confirmed only once payment is verified on our servers. Prices, availability and the work performed are the responsibility of the business you book.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a confirmed booking from your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. A business may cancel a booking it cannot honour; you are refunded in full in that case.

6. Business subscriptions

Continued access to paid features requires an active subscription. Prices and plan features are published in the platform and may change with notice. Ending a subscription limits access; it does not delete your business profile, services, customers, bookings, reviews or loyalty records.

7. Loyalty programmes

Loyalty programmes are created and funded by individual businesses, not by CarSouq.ae. Only bookings that are both completed and paid count towards a card. Rewards may carry an expiry date set by the business.

8. Acceptable use

Do not post misleading listings, impersonate others, scrape the platform, attempt to bypass payment, or use CarSouq.ae for anything unlawful under UAE law.

9. Liability

CarSouq.ae provides the marketplace. We are not liable for the condition of a vehicle, the quality of work performed by a business, or any agreement reached directly between users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
